Operating as a genuine business gives our young and disadvantaged people the experience of working in a commercial environment.  Crucially, however, we combine this with a supportive atmosphere where learning is key and mistakes happen as part of that learning process.  Being able to work at their own pace and create products that inspire them helps our young people to gain self-confidence, and its vital that we always have time for a chat over a cup of tea.  The ability to work like this is only possible thanks to our supporters, and we are incredibly grateful to them for helping us to build an environment where our trainees and volunteers can thrive.
