Policy on Last Minute Orders - Effective July 2024
Purpose:
To help our diverse team manage workloads efficiently and ensure the highest quality for each customer, we are implementing new costing measures for last minute orders.
Policy Details:
Our standard turn around time is 3 weeks from confirmation of design. We can occasionally accommodate shorter deadlines than this upon request, but they have the following cost implications:
- Orders Confirmed Three Weeks or Less from Required Date:
- An additional 5% charge will be applied to the order total.
- Orders Confirmed One Week or Less from Required Date:
- An additional 10% charge will be applied to the order total.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
